SUPPLY OF DIAL BEFORE YOU DIG PLANS
At SurveyWerx follow the Dial Before You Dig rules as a non-negotiable first step in the process of underground services location, detection & verification. This is a free service available to the public, however there are quite a few essentials that need to be learned to get the best results. Ordering plans is done online and can take up to three working days to receive full set of plans. (Please be mindful of this when planning your projects).
We do this as a service for our clients for a token fee as we can only work off the plans we order and not those of a third party.
GROUND PENETRATING RADAR (GPR) SCANS
SurveyWerx employs the expertise of the most experienced and the latest technology to progress this technology and the quality of the information gathered.
GPR is a geophysical tool that emits radar pulses through the subsurface creating an image on a screen. These pulses are electromagnetic radiation as a microwave (UHF/VHF) spectrum that detects the pattern of the signals that are reflected from subsurface structures. The ground formation and moisture content have a modifying effect on the accuracy and clarity of the patterns.
A typical Radargram indicate the presence of diffractors buried beneath the surface.
FULL COLOUR REPORTS
